How to apply to Saint Joseph Seminary College

The following four steps must be completed in order to begin the admissions process:
1. Click here to submit the online application.
2. Submit official transcript(s).
Official high school and college transcripts from all institutions previously attended are required for all students taking courses for credit and must be sent directly from the issuing institution to Saint Joseph Seminary College in order to be considered official. Applicants who have earned a Bachelor's degree as verified on an official transcript from the degree-granting institution need not submit a high school transcript. Official transcripts may be emailed to registrar@sjasc.edu from a secure online transcript data source or mailed to:

3. Submit official standardized test scores.
Official score reports from ACT, SAT, or other approved standardized college-readiness tests must be sent to Saint Joseph Seminary College from the applicant's high school or from the issuing agency. The ACT code for our college is 1604. The SAT code for our college is 6689. Reports may be sent to:

4. Submit immunization records verified by a practicing physician.
By Louisiana law, all students must provide certification that they have been immunized or provide proof of immunity for mumps, measles, rubella, tetanus, meningitis, and diphtheria. Students must use the institution's immunization compliance form, and it must be signed by a practicing physician (signature must include name and address of physician's office).
