Below, you will find links to the new Constitution and Bylaws for the Saint Joseph Seminary College Alumni Association that have been proposed by the Alumni Executive Committee (henceforth, the “Council”). The first link is to a REDLINE copy that indicates where proposed changes are made. The second link is to a CLEAN copy for those who simply want to read the proposed final product.

 Per the new Constitution and Bylaws:

Article XVII – Amendments, Section 2:  The proposed amendments to this Constitution and Bylaws must be made available to the membership of the Alumni Association at least one (1) month before the regularly scheduled annual Alumni Homecoming Day and Annual Meeting.  The amended Constitution and Bylaws must be ratified by the membership of the Alumni Association by a simple majority voice vote.

A vote will take place on Friday, April 25 at the annual Alumni Homecoming Day Alumni Meeting.
