Below, you will find a link to the new Constitution and Bylaws for the Saint Joseph Seminary College Alumni Association that have been approved by the Alumni Executive Committee (henceforth, the “Council”).

Per the new Constitution and Bylaws:

Article XVII – Amendments, Section 2:  The proposed amendments to this Constitution and Bylaws must be made available to the membership of the Alumni Association at least one (1) month before the regularly scheduled annual Alumni Homecoming Day and Annual Meeting. The amended Constitution and Bylaws must be ratified by the membership of the Alumni Association by a simple majority voice vote.

The vote took place on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the annual Alumni Homecoming Day Alumni Meeting by the Council.
