Transcript Requests
Anyone who has attended Saint Joseph Seminary College (SJSC) and is not in arrears with their financial obligation to the college may obtain an official transcript showing all work completed while attending SJSC.
In order to request an official or unofficial transcript, complete the form below and either mail or email it to address(es) listed on the form.
A fee of $9.00 for official transcripts or $5.00 for unofficial transcripts is charged for each copy. Checks should be made payable to SJSC (Saint Joseph Seminary College).

PLEASE NOTE: TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BY CURRENT OR FORMER STUDENTS ONLY. REQUESTS BY FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE RETURNED.
